Very helpful and friendly. Customer service is top tier, They actually care about the customer. Something I do in my profession and wish more companies would do. Quick to look after me when there was an issue. Wouldn't use another company again unless Vape Culture doesn't stock it. Don't buy elsewhere and pay more for average or poor customer service.
The web chat can randomly disconnect and not save the previous conversation though.
