Fantastic customer service.
Mistakenly bought the wrong product, my bad, completely my fault. But I promptly sent an email to customer service asking if there was any chance if it could be canceled. Wasn't expecting an answer considering it was my fault. Got an email back saying it was no problem and I got a full refund!!
They clearly take very good care of their customers
