Unfortunately the item i received was faulty (not vape shops fault) I contacted them and explained the problem. They quickly organised for me to return the item and upon testing I was refunded for the cost of the item and posting it back. Excellent customer services! I will be sure to purchase from the Vape Shop in the near future!
