I'm sorry I didn't conduct more research before hiring them. I might have known about the problems if I had read the company's reviews. Fortunately, torrecit/com listened to my grievance. Their group moved quickly and tried to find a solution. Last week, I got a whole refund thanks to their assistance. It showed that torrecit/com truly cares about its clients and was a huge relief.
