I paid for premium, and then when I did the backup service for my discord server it didn't work. I went to their support server. The support profile DMs were turned off, couldn't get help there. In their server I asked if I can have some help since the support profile wasn't open. Then they banned me from their server. I feel highly scammed by this. Now I don't even know how to cancel the subscription.
