Courteous and fulsome replies to phone calls, stock promptly delivered; if out of stock customer notified and given the option of cancelling or continuing; if there are any problems they resolve quickly including accidentally ordering the wrong item, old fashioned service that UK industry at large has all but forgotten which means that Veals will be trading long after many have gone.
Veals are my online sea fishing tackle trader by default only going elsewhere if they do not stock the item I want... highly recommended.
