Although your service is excellent I recently placed an order upon receiving your mail communication regarding my purchase I realised I had mistakenly ordered a RHS repair panel when I needed a LHS panel, I immediately contacted your sales team through your contact address on the vee wee site asking for my mistake to be rectified prior to posting and to date still had no response at all.
A little disappointing really but will continue to use your service despite this issue.
