Needed some parts delivered next day which was a Saturday, checkout let me pay £8.00
for next day delivery. Nothing arrived and when I rang was told we do not deliver on Saturday - this was not made clear on the checkout page.
I was told to read the Delivery terms and conditions. This is all very well but if you just put a note on the checkout page I would have made alternative arrangements.
