Ordered a VW van wheel bolt then found it had nuts not bolts. dooh. Took it back to a GSF branch with a return note I had printed off. Received a refund 2 days later and found the correct nut stocked at the branch. No issues whatsoever even though it was totally my fault. Will use them again when I can remember my name.
