I have been a vegan since 2011 and a vegetarian since 1997. One of the largest problems this company has is its restricted delivery times. You must receive the delivery between 5-10:30 pm. This is too late for families or others who would prefer to have their food ready to eat much earlier. Thus, your choice is to put it in the refrigerator - or eat at 11:00 pm at night to eat it while it is fresh. The food was decent but not overwhelmingly fresh-tasting or flavorful. I ordered the 5-dish bundle. I decided to eat the sandwich that night since I knew it would not be good the next day. The sandwich was tasty but so soggy I really couldn't eat most of it. The veggie wrap wasn't soggy but just "OK" in terms of flavor. The two dishes that needed heating had different problems. The red curry-type dish had chickpeas that were rock-hard. Flavor was "OK". The green dish with rice was completely flavorless. The last item, the pizza was very heavy, soggy and not really enjoyable. I gave most of it to my dogs so it wasn't thrown away. All in all - between the food delivery timing and the food itself - a huge disappointment. I remember thinking to myself that this kind of food is the reason why "most people don't like the idea of vegan food". And that is truly a shame.
