Eve's SMP training was excellent on so many levels. The practical elements of the course were delivered by Eve and Alice in two parts; week one included working on 3 different models and so did week three. The extensive SMP trainee manual and the homework given between weeks one and three enabled me to return to the final days of the course feeling confident and knowledgeable. The quality and breadth of the training material was invaluable and included everything I needed to know from assessing customers, delivering treatments, to practical advice on how to start your own SMP business. Both Eve and Alice were brilliant, can't recommend them enough!
