Everything is fine with agency,consultants call you and give you details about roles available,interview process is OK, happy with pay negotiations. Only the thing to improve is the way time sheets and payroll are handled. Under no circumstances should a candidate miss being paid on time. Another contingency plan has to be put in place to insurers candidates are paid on time. We get paid weekly compared to monthly paye staff. The weekly wage we received does not go a long way when you are expecting to be paid everyweek instead pay is delayed. What ever the current options are available at the moment, umbrella company , having to chase trusts,clients to authorise payment,in my opinion once time sheets are confirmed at later date, candidates would very much appreciate if payroll processes a discretionary payment to candidates so they don't have to wait total of 2 weeks.if the agency does not have resources to do this,please consider another resource that can do this.this is my only frustration with the agency.
