A fake online pet adoption site scammed me out of $1,200. They sent fake shipping documents and disappeared after I paid. I found Resorus through a Reddit AMA about digital fraud. They helped me contact the payment processor (Zelle) and build a complete timeline of the scam. I filed a formal fraud report with their help and also with my bank. After consistent follow-up, the bank reversed the transaction. I later posted a full write-up on Reddit and thanked Resorus for their support.
