I’ve been using Vertexgate for about a week, and overall, I’m pretty happy with their customer service. The support team is generally responsive and helpful, which is great. However, I did notice a slight delay when I reached out over the weekend. It would be awesome if they could expand their support team or ensure quicker response times during off-peak hours. Despite this minor issue, the support team is always eager to help and provides clear, actionable solutions. It’s nice to know that someone’s there to help you out when you need it.
