Been using VertexGate for a little over four months now. I signed up mostly to try trading crypto and maybe some stocks on the side. Honestly didn’t expect much — just wanted a platform that works and doesn’t scam me. So far, it’s been fine. The interface is clean, not overloaded. Took me a day or two to get used to it, but once you figure out where everything is, it’s pretty smooth. Execution is decent — not the fastest I’ve seen, but not slow either. I’ve had maybe one or two small glitches with chart loading, but nothing that ruined a trade. Deposits went through instantly for me (I use card), and I’ve done two withdrawals already — both came within about 48 hours. Not instant, but they showed up. I’ve seen horror stories on Reddit about other platforms freezing funds, so I’m honestly just relieved this one works as expected. Support is okay. I only had to message them once about account limits, and they replied the same day. Not overly friendly, but they answered the question and that’s all I needed. They do try to offer some learning materials, but I haven’t used much of that yet. Would be nice if they had a better mobile version — the app is usable, but a bit clunky at times. Overall? No drama, no surprises. I log in, I trade, I get my money out when I need it. That’s more than I can say for some other brokers I’ve tried. Would I recommend it? If you’re looking for a simple, working platform and you’re not expecting bells and whistles — yeah, it does the job.
