Sutton Coldfield .Total disregard for people & pets. Let down badly by them & no communication from them to advise of cancellation of our puppy’s operation. Spoke to manager and emailed more than once but no response to resolve issue. Expected to wait outside in the rain but happy to take credit card inside for payment
