My son is in Dallas for four days waiting on surgery, vhi multi trip insurance accept he is covered but after four days they have not provided valid authorization to the local hospital, they suggest he go to a hospital and get them to send on the bill!!
You wonder do these people live in the real world
My son has given up calling Vhi emergency number!!!!
