Just went to cancel my annual travel insurance (which I have been taking out with VHI for a number of years) and was looking for a refund as I renewed it in February this year and due to Covid 19 obviously will not be going anywhere anytime soon. But was told there is no refund if I cancel as it has been active for more than 43 days. So annoyed over this. I will not be renewing again. Poor customer relations.
