This was a great experience from start to finish. the price of the hatch door was reaonable but, more importantly, it is an excellent product. It is well made and works perfectly. My contractor said he was amazed at the expert craftmanship. The delivery was unusual for me coming from Ukraine - poland to U.S. but AT EVERY STEP , I was assisted in the process and it arrived really promptly. I am totally satisfied with this product and company.
