This was my third order. My very first order went through absolutely perfect and arrived exactly on time. My second order on the other hand was much larger and maybe it was just bad luck of the draw because customs intercepted both of them. They offered to refund my money or reship it a third time so I roll the dice and have them ship it again which did make it without any problems. My third order got to me just a little bit later than expected but I figure better late than never...
