Pros:
1. It is legit. You will get the meds.
2. The meds are legit too and they work well.
Cons:
1. Because it involves international shipping, the delivery can often be delayed. I paid extra for expedited shipping, but it still took way longer (20 days from the order date) than I would have liked.
2. I don't think there is a way to ask for a refund for the premium shipping.
Overall: I trust the service and it is a life saver. Will continue to use it in the future. Just plan better in terms of timing/delivery.
