I ordered 22 Windsor doors and need to exchange 4 of them due to an error in sizing, which I fully accept was my mistake. I was hoping for a straightforward exchange process. However, I strongly advise against ordering from here due to the poor after-sales service. Despite reaching out over 20 times in the past five days, through phone calls and emails, I am still no closer to resolving the issue. How long does it take to process a simple exchange? The lack of response and progress has been extremely frustrating.
