We ordered our bifold doors 2 years ago and they were delivered extremely promptly and exceeded expectations. We recently needed a replacement hinge and I tried to find a replacement locally via B&Q, Screwfix and ToolStation but with no success. When I called to see if I could get a replacement directly, the advisor couldn’t be more helpful assisting me and arranging a spare hinge to be sent out the next day free of charge, excellent customer service!
