My prior hosting service was decent but the communication left a lot to be desired-no replies or waiting for days to hear back, rude employees, and no one had any idea how to fix anything, even small issues
I gave Vicetemple a chance thinking that nothing could be worse than my company at the time and it paid off in SPADES!!! These guys are nice and professional and will do their all to help you when you need it.
