The Chatsworth bathroom suite we chose was of excellent quality at a surprisingly low cost, everything was delivered at the date and time we were informed and the packaging was very substantial preventing any damage. There was one item that was out of stock when I made the initial order but an incredibly helpful customer services employee assisted us with this and a more expensive item was substituted at no additional cost. My bathroom installed commented that everything was of the highest quality and was shocked to find out what we paid, I think you may well get quite a bit of extra business from him and his future clients. Overall the experience was stress free and we now have a wonderful bathroom.
