Shocking Service. Terrible customer service. Totally Overpriced. Paid for next day delivery, didn't turn up. Impossible to speak with anyone, all Live Chat, have no idea which products are stocked and quite frankly don't care. Mediocre products. Would never use again. Purchased exactly same items, same spec from DBS Bathrooms at half the price of Victorian Plumbing with next morning delivery and helpful, insightful, informative customer service.
