I bought an electric bathroom wall heater and the element went within 15 months. They replaced it for free. It has gone again after 15 months and they have refused to replace it claiming that it is out of warranty. Each time I have had to employ an electrician to install it so the whole exercise has cost me nearly £200 in call-out charges.
They claimed I could not expect the element to last more than 12 months.
What a shoddy service, shoddy company and shoddy product.
