I ordered an incorrect item by accident. I noticed my mistake and within 2 hours of ordering tried to cancel it. I tried calling, text messaging, and emailing. Two days later, I got an email saying my order had been processed. I reached out again to cancel and got an email saying that it was too late to cancel and that I could just return the item when it gets to me. Then, a couple of days later I got another email saying the reason why I couldn't cancel initially was that it had already been processed by the time I'd reached out to cancel. If you're unable to cancel orders within two hours of ordering then your system is set up to scam consumers. If you take days to respond to your customers then your business is set up to scam customers. Now, I have a bottle of pills that have no value to me that I have to st up to ship back. Do better.
