I had forgotten I had a subscription, and they sent me the product and charged my card in file, without so much as an email notice prior to completing the purchase. When I noticed the charge and immediately emailed them to stop the shipment and cancel the subscription, they refused to answer my emails and requests for a refund. After several attempts at contact via email, as I am working during their business hours, I had the USPS refuse the package and returned to sender. After 2 weeks since the package was sent back to VidaCap, I have yet to receive either a response to my many emails or my refund. I am SO NOT impressed with this company! I definitely recommend you so NOT do business with VidaCap!
