I will be honest, my initial experience with Vida Cap was not a good one. First time customer, and my shipment was lost. I had to call to advise. When I did, always got voicemail. Called during their business hours posted on the website, so that was a little concerning. Not the best start, but they did recover. Their CS Manager took very good care of me, got my order going again sent me tracking, and got my product just yesterday. These are the real deal, they work. So, the product itself is easily 5 stars, but to get it, I can only give 4 as you guys really need to up your game on that. With so many companies out there doing this type of stuff, some obviously not legit, your customers really need to know you are there and will continue to be there, and I just never had that feeling with you. I do hope that changes. I am skeptical to return, but given how well these gummies worked and their efficacy, to do what they say, I likely will, so fingers crossed that my next experience will be a better one.
