I've been a customer of Viddyoze for almost 5 years. Their videos templates are awesome and easy to use and I have been using them for my videos for years. I also had issues getting into my account and I asked for tech support using their easy chat button and I was greeted by Ela. She is AMAZING and provided me exactly what I needed with patience and quickness that makes me upset at other companies because they are much slower than her. Thank you so much for your help and if possible please give Ela a raise - she deserves it!
