While the service of this platform is, in that of itself, very good, I am the most impressed with the customer service I have received. I've been a customer since June 2020, I had some concerns and some mistaken impressions. Jessica was extremely kind and patient and represented her companies interests fairly and all the while treating me like I was valuable. Highly recommend.
