I have had problems signing up for your service which was not due to anything with your company. I probably would have moved on and not signed up had it not been for your excellent online help. Two times I used them and both times they responded quickly, were friendly and also knowledgeable. If you hadnt had people like this working for your company, you wouldnt have gotten this sale. Receiving this service also gave me confidence to purchase online considering I was having payment propblems with my card.
