I am so pleasantly surprised with your customer service representative - J-za. I wanted to cancel my subscription - however, J-za asked why and I informed her - we were closing down the office until October because tourism is down in our state this summer due to covid-19 and the U.S. economy. J-za offered me an alternative of pausing my account until our return in October. And yes, I decided to pause my account versus closing my account completely.
