I contacted Viddyoze with a critical and embarrassing problem, not certain how things might turn out and connected with Alice. Not only was she sympathetic, but she helped resolve the issue for me better than I had dared hope. The was helpful, pleasant and patient as I fumbled to get things together on my end.
