First class service from Video Magic, I thought we had lost memories of my Dads 80th birthday party due to our dog chewing the original VHS cassette, however Video Magic removed the tape from damaged cassette onto new one and then into a DVD format. All completed within 7 days from sending damaged cassette to delivery of DVD and new VHS cassette.
