I was very disappointed to find you had forgotten I wanted my DVDs posted; they were ready. as you said they would be, in time to send out for the Easter holiday, but when I contacted you I was told you had gone away. I felt that you were not prepared to trust me to pay for the two extra discs I ordered by telephone - I had already paid the bulk of the bill. However, your colleague, whose name I didn't get unfortunately, came to the rescue and took the trouble to drive all the way to my house to deliver them after he had closed up for the day. "I didn't want you to be disappointed" he said. I am very grateful to him, and I was able to hand over those for visiting family, so he saved the day.
