They came up with a full storyboard within a couple of days and then, once that was finalized (and we are quite demanding and perfectionist. The communication throughout was brilliant and I could monitor progress via an online platform. We had loads of little tweaks, all of which were incorporated. We got all of this for a great price.
I would hugely recommend Video Symmetry, and we will be using them again for other things.
