Ordered in a Sunday, had a problem, item double ordered. Not there fault. Called customer service and left message for Monday morning crew to delete 1 of the orders and refund. I had a call back within an hour telling me that they had credited my account for mistake. I am glad I called because by the time I would have called on Monday morning, they had already shipped my product.
