Excellent service on all three cruises that we have been on. The London booking office slipped up on our Russian cruise by failing to inform us that certain optional excursions needed to be booked in advance and so we therefore missed out items that we were particularly interested in All crew most helpful and quality of restaurant food andservice particularly excellent.
