Despite your prices being on the high side,tipping on & off ship was not included.This may be because many of the passengers are American & that is the way it is done in USA.
I found the Cruise Director vey annoying particularly the after dinner lectures - usually about the EU - when one could not escape as her droning voice filled all the public areas
