Appaling customer service. Cabinet arrived dented took forever to get through on phone. Despite ringing in the morning was told couldn't guarantee a day a replacement would arrive or a day damaged item be collected yet when i ordered they could deliver next day clearly if there's a problem you get a different service!
At no time was i told my payment would at a later date be refunded back to my card why?? they were sending a replacement.
5 months later i receive a phone call saying the invoice is outstanding. I ask them to take payment from original card they say they cant. Very frustrated i ask for email confirmation. I certainly dont expect to then be threatened with a debt collection agency if payment not made promptly. I certainly won't be recommending Viking totally disgusting way to be treated.
