Worst customer service ever!
Placed an order on 01/12/2020, first initially told 5 working days. Then when I called to ask for an update was told can take up to 10-15 working days. 15 working days have passed. I called customer service who are completing useless, said they would pass my request onto the delivery team over a week ago, still not heard from to then be told by customer service there is a backlog and can take 5-7 days for them to get in touch. I asked how long a refund would take if I was to cancel. 14 business days!!
I am so upset as this was a Christmas present and don't have another £450 to go out and buy another.
The chat service is rubbish they can't even give an update on when it will actually arrive.
