TERRIBLE service!
Items never came. Tracking information ‘wasn’t available’. Was lied to several times by customer service; once, they told me that the items would come by 6:00 PM that day, and they still hadn’t been delivered. Items then labelled ‘delivered’ online. Automated responses nearly every time I messaged. Customer service finally got back to me about a refund after 10+ emails and told me that my package had been ‘lost’ and that a refund will be issued soon, once the information has been transferred to the ‘relevant department’. This was something they kept doing, always passing me off to someone else, claiming it wasn’t the right email address and that it would take 3-5 or even 10-14 working days for someone to get back to me!
Ridiculous and fraudulent service!
And I’ve now seen hundreds of reviews with the exact same experience as me, who also never got refunds...!
Do not trust this website!
