Dishonest, Misleading information on their website
I used your services because it stated that the delivery is within 24 hours. I received an email afterwards stating that it can take up to 48 hours. However, this was not elaborated on the website, initially.
Nonetheless, I placed the order yesterday before 6.00 pm and when I inquired the agent stated that the ink will be delivered 4 days after the order placement. Shambolic!
