Ordered new printer, took 3 months to be delivered and was faulty. Attempt to return the printer for a refund and viking refused the refund because it had been more than 3 months since purchase. I've been trying to work with them for the last 6 months to simply return my printer for a refund, but they are being deliberately evasive and unhelpful. I will now be forced to issue proceedings against them for their negligence in the small claims court.
