Goods never arrived. First email not answered, second email does get answered a day later. My missing goods were only investigated because I complained, in spite of the fact the carrier had returned them to the warehouse.
Customer support - what a joke. He tells me my order has now been cancelled, but that I can order again, as this would be the quickest thing to do. Oh, and he goes on to say my money will be refunded within 14 working days (Yes 14, with Easter coming up that means no time soon).
Why would I trust them again? Why have they not challenged their carrier? Why no speedy re - attempt to deliver? Why does it take 14 (working) days to refund my money?
With internet delivery companies like Viking need to realise that they have to be slick with getting the product the customer has bought to them.
