Viking.ie provides appalling customer service. Was told malfunctioning pressure washer would be collected in April 2021, it's now June . 28 emails back and forth and several phone calls, it's still at my front door and Viking send the same old response: that it will be collected anywhere between 24, 48 or 72 hours . It doesn't really matter how many hours they write as it's complete fiction!
I would never, ever buy from this company again and would advise anyone thinking of doing so to save their money, time and blood pressure!
