I have bought lots of dvds from them. Many don't work.
I have had exactly the same experience as other people.
They pretend they will collect for refund and never do. Their customer service is handled from Cape Town and apologises and says i will get urgently escalated but nothing.
I am now complaining to Trading Standards.
And reversing my charge at the bank at the disputes department.
