I ordered an office chair just before Christmas. It arrived and we were happy. A few months ago the back of the chair collapsed.
I rang customer service the said no problem it would be picked up in next day or two. To replace chair I was told to ring the ordering department. I gave all the details. No problem your replacement chair will be with you in next couple of days and the faulty one picked up. A week later I rang
Several weeks later nothing .
Contacted Viking today. Instruction to parcel up the broken chair with my details . I will be refunded the cost when it arrives back in their warehouse. I can reorder and pay for a replacement chair in the meantime. Its risen in price by €100.. very poor and lacking customer care. Not at all as is promised on the web site.
